Подниматься лучше всего ближе к закату, панорама прекрасна. Beautiful panoramic view from the top, better visit the hill before sunset.

Добираться до места недалеко, но не помешали бы какие-нибудь указатели. Забраться на гору стоит - она не особо высокая, и с нее открывается хороший вид на Феодосию и феодосийскую бухту.
